Project Description

Keith was the Client Representative and Project Lead on the technical due diligence of the Zone Centre at Maroochydore.  This retail centre has 3 mini majors, 20 specialty and 224 on-grade car parks.

Keith’s project team provided pre-acquisition services including a desktop review of the data-room information, site inspection(s) covering the structure and fabric, building services, building regulations, phase I environmental assessment. An integrated report was provided with a 10-year cost schedule.

BENEFIT

Keith was able to mobilise quickly and was responsive to the Clients requirements. Keith was also able to provide insight into the on-going operational costing and deferred maintenance.
