Keith is the founder and Managing Director of Redd Zebra, the only truly independent Asset + Building Advisory organisation in Australia.
Keith has a rare complement of Strategic Marketing and Commercial Property Consulting expertise. This is attributed to a combination of senior executive leadership roles calling on a combined knowledge of marketing and hands-on asset and property consulting.
Keith’s professional career spans over twenty years with executive roles including Board level responsibility for strategic marketing and service-line profitability. Keith has also held executive roles that have led operational and business change. He has also been appointed to several Property Council of Australia and property industry steering committees with special interest in the Senior Living and Retirement Living industries.
Keith’s Asset & Building Advisory expertise includes asset and facilities management, building consulting and sustainability and aged care consulting.
Keith specializes in: technical due diligence (acquisition & divestment building condition reporting), make good schedules, asset condition assessment and asset consultancy for property portfolios.
Keith’s key achievements in the last 12 months include:

- Completing Technical Due Diligence on $1.5B of assets
