Bev acts as a governance consultant to small to medium enterprises, specialising in newly listed entities.  She has in excess of 25 years’ experience across a wide range of business areas.  Key areas of expertise include corporate governance (including all aspects of Board operations), strategic and operational planning, risk management and compliance. Bev has served on a number of Boards and Committees, including large trustee and custodian companies, a credit union and various not for profit entities. Additionally, Bev developed the Australian series of Standards on Corporate Governance under the chairmanship of Henry Bosch AO.

Bev’s experience includes Group Company Secretary of:

  • Australand Limited, (now Frasers Property Australia) a diversified property group with a market capitalisation of approximately $1.95 billion.
  • Australian Agricultural Company (AACo), Australia’s largest beef cattle producer.
  • AMP Limited and Head of Finance & Reporting for AMP Asset Management Limited.

Justin is currently an executive director of a number of investment firms focusing on a wide range of investment activities.

Prior to this, Justin founded One Investment Group in 2009, focusing on providing fiduciary and administration services to fund managers. Over the course of 9 years, Justin built this business to be the 3rd largest provider in the Australian market servicing in excess of 300 funds and $40bn of assets under management.

Prior to this, Justin was the Investment Director of the LJCB Investment Group, one of Australia’s most significant private investment houses. In this role, Justin was also Head of Corporate Finance for Global Aviation Asset Management, one of the world’s largest aircraft lessors, managing a modern portfolio of 53 aircraft on long term operating leases to airlines around the world.

He has previously worked in group strategy and business development for a major Australian investment bank, for the corporate finance restructuring division of Ernst & Young and for a specialised private property finance and investment group. Justin has also been involved in founding a number of additional businesses over the last 20 years.

Malcolm has 20yrs+ expertise in the IT industry holding senior executive management & sales leadership roles. He has extensive expertise is strategic enterprise software and consulting services. His domain expertise includes ERP, ECM, BPM, CRM, HR, BI, ALM, SOA, Mobility & Infrastructure solutions as they relate to the ANZ market place. Additionally, Malcolm has led teams through complex enterprise information technology engagements with clients in multiple verticals across Australia & New Zealand.
