Redd Zebra was engaged by CBRE Global Investors on their $180M fund through of a Bunnings portfolio. Redd Zebra acted on behalf of CBREGI to identify any outstanding material issues/risks that can be addressed by the Builder prior to expiry of the Defect Liability Period on three (3) sites in Australia.
BENEFIT
By working with CBREGI, rectifiable building defects have been addressed through the appropriate channels prior to DLP expiry. The Client’s interested have been best served identifying and mitigating future risk
