Redd Zebra expertise was called upon to provide an independent assessment of Make Good on the Scotts Refrigerated Logistics  portfolio for landlords nationally, including Dexus.  Despite the portfolio being homogenous the reports were developed specifically for each facility due the extensive variation in the leases and make good clauses. This resulted in a bespoke service for each landlord and facility.
