Keith was the Client Representative and Project Lead on the technical due diligence of Sheraton Hotel Melbourne, Little Collins St. This is a Mixed Use site with retail at ground level, a 174 room Hotel with residential apartments above (L15-31).
Keith’s project team provided pre-acquisition services including a desktop review of the data-room information, site inspection(s) covering the structure and fabric, building services, building regulations, phase I environmental assessment, town planning searches. An integrated report was provided with a 10-year cost schedule.
Keith was able to mobilise quickly and was responsive to the Client’s requirements. Keith issued 11 different reports to ensure the Client’s acquisitions team and internal reporting functions were met. Keith also provided a technical representative role during negotiations with the vendor.
