Project Description

Keith has been working with Bunnings Group Limited (BGL) since 1997. He has acted on BGL’s behalf in negotiation with landlords, undertaken Make Good Schedules and project managed the works, undertaken technical due diligence on rural, regional and suburban sites as well as undertaking condition audits on new acquisitions. In collaboration with BGL, Keith instigated a cost effective approach to tax deprecation work.  He also undertook the first acquisition for Officeworks (which was in collaboration with the BGL Property Team).
