Keith was the Project Lead on pre-acquisition services (technical due diligence) of 1834 Sandgate Rd, Virginia, QLD. The site had a high bay retail space with on site parking and dual street access. The retail space has approx. 954m2 NLA, and site area of 2,110m2.
Keith’s team undertook a desktop review of available data before a site inspections covering the structure and fabric, building services, and building regulations. A comprehensive report was provided including assistance and support during the sales negotiations.
Keith was able to provide a report specific to the Client’s requirements, and worked with the Client to support the sales negotiation process.
