Keith was the Client Representative and Project Lead on the technical due diligence of 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney. The tower (128yr leasehold) is located above the existing SMC Conference & Function Centre and is on Levels 7 to 30. The commercial tower has approx. 23,000m2 NLA, access to basement parking and is 5 Star NABERS Energy.
Keith provided pre-acquisition services included a desktop review of the data-room information, site inspections covering the structure and fabric, façade, building services, vertical transport, building regulations, phase I environmental assessment, town planning searches and NABERS review. A WELL benchmark assessment and integrated report with 10-year cost schedule was provided.
Keith was able to tailor the report to the Client’s requirements working to a compressed timeframe. Over 14 different reports were provided, ensuring the Client was able to close out all critical issues and internal reporting requirements.
