Keith was the Project Lead on the technical due diligence of 371 Flinders Street, Townsville, QLD. A 7 level commercial office with two street frontages and basement car parking. Approximate NLA of 4,794m2.
Keith’s project team provided pre-acquisition services including a desktop review of the data-room information, site inspections covering the structure and fabric, building services and building regulations. Separately a review of the façade was undertaken. An integrated report was provided with a 10-year cost schedule.
Keith was able to mobilise quickly in response to the Client’s requirements including facilitating additional specialist consultant advice, aiding the acquisitions team.
