Keith was the Client Representative and Project Lead on the technical due diligence of 100 Arthur Street, North Sydney. An A Grade, 23 level commercial office with 3 levels of basement car parking. Approx. NLA of 25,347m2 and 5 Star NABERS Energy rating.
Keith’s project team provided pre-acquisition services including a desktop review of the data-room information, site inspections covering the structure and fabric, building services, building regulations, phase I environmental assessment, town planning searches and NABERS review. An integrated report was provided with a 10-year cost schedule.
Keith was able to mobilise quickly in response to the Client’s requirements working to a compressed timeframe. Invaluable insights were provided to the Client pre acquisition, as the team was familiar with the building, which fed into understanding the on-going maintenance obligation and forecasting.
