Keith was the Client Representative and Project Lead on the technical due diligence of 262 Adelaide Street, Brisbane. A heritage listed 6 level office building with a rooftop apartment conversion, turret and retail tenancies at street level.
Keith’s project team provided pre-acquisition services including a desktop review of the data-room information, site inspections covering the structure and fabric, building services, building regulations and phase I environmental assessment. Post initial inspection, an Asbestos Management Plan was developed for the site, together with a physical inspection of the roof turret via rope access.
An integrated report was provided with a 10-year cost schedule.
Keith assisted the Client understand the ‘current’ acquisition risk as well as a review of cost options for refurbishment. The physical inspection of the turret via rope access addressed concerns of any additional environmental risk.
