Keith was the lead consultant on a Technical Due Diligence project on a high profile production and distribution asset in Melbourne. The project required the coordination of a multi-disciplinary team which included: civil & structural engineers; building services engineers; building surveyors (Building Certifiers) and a review of the environmental reporting. A report detailing the inherent risk and on-going cost implications of the purchase was provided.
The Client was able to make an informed decision about the intended purchase and advise the investment committee accordingly. The report was provided on time despite the tight timeframes and to the complete satisfaction of the Client.
