Project Description

Keith lead a team to update and independently assess the current condition, criticality and prioritised expenditure on seven IPC Care (formerly ISIS Primary Care) facilities. The condition assessments included a visual inspection of the structure and fabric as well as the building services.

BENEFIT

Keith and his team were able to provide rigour to the stated budgets and ensure internal reporting was completed on time.
