Project Description

Keith was the Client Representative and Project Lead on a high-level building condition assessment (overview technical due diligence) on three sites in Victoria. The three Residential Aged Care facilities comprised of a 38-bed converted facility and two purposed built facilities with 124 and 137 beds.

Keith’s project team undertook a desktop review of the data-room information, site inspections covering the structure and fabric, building services and building regulations. An overview report was provided with a 10-year cost schedule.

BENEFIT

Keith was able mobilise quickly in response to the Client’s requirements, starting the project on a Sunday and completing the inspections by Wednesday. Keith developed a report that enabled the Client to clearly understand and prioritise risk items which aided their internal reporting decision mechanisms.
