Keith was the lead consultant assisting the Client remain compliant with the facilities component of the PPP contract. To ensure compliance, a ‘single source of truth’ was required to fulfill the obligations of the contract and enable effective planned, routine and reactive maintenance. 

A desktop review of the façade, FF&E, plant and equipment data followed by on-site verification. Keith then coordinated the review and input into the FM Interface, Operational Readiness, Facility Management Plan, Public Realm, Cleaning, FF&E Service Delivery, Utilities and WHS Plan.
